As John McCain would say a million friggin times "My Friends", if you don't do any keyword researching, your wasting your damn time and probably money as well. Knowing the the exact keyword that are being searched for consistently in you niche will lead to more traffic, leads and money.

Try to be precise, keyword research will ultimately allow you bring extra traffic by itself not including some keywords that end up being diamonds in the rough just cause you did some research.
